Every now and then, you meet someone, or some place, that feels like home. For us at HARV, that’s exactly how it felt when we first crossed paths with Dr. Evelyn Tie and her incredible team at Animed Veterinary Center – Damai Branch. It wasn’t just about their state-of-the-art clinic or the impressive work they do every day. It was the heart behind it all, the same passion for animals that drives everything we do at HARV.
Dr. Evelyn, a vet with seven years of experience and an endless well of compassion, runs the Damai branch like it’s her second home. And for the pets and their families who walk through the door, that’s exactly what it becomes. Whether it’s a fluffy kitten needing its first vaccination, a pup recovering from surgery, or even a nervous rescue dog meeting kindness for the first time, Dr. Evelyn and her team are there, gentle hands, warm smiles, and a commitment to care that you can feel.
But what makes Animed truly special isn’t just what happens inside their doors, it’s what they’re doing for the world outside. Partnering with rescue organizations, Animed plays a vital role in TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) programs, helping to control the stray population and improve the lives of countless animals. Over 700 cats and dogs are neutered every year thanks to their work, and the team even educates shelters on controlling disease outbreaks. Talk about making a difference!
For us at HARV, this was a partnership that just made sense. At the heart of everything we do, whether it’s creating wellness products like balms or harnesses, lies the belief that pets deserve the best care, from their fur to their hearts. Animed lives and breathes that same belief every day, in every pet they treat and every family they support.
One client’s story truly captures the essence of Dr. Evelyn’s work:
“I recently brought my 10-year-old female Shih Tzu, Apple, to Animed Damai Perdana Vet Clinic for surgery. Here I wanna say thank you for the care provided by Dr. Evelyn and her team. Dr. Evelyn is not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient and compassionate. She performed a spay procedure on Apple and successfully removed a seed and lump. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Evelyn demonstrated concern for Apple’s well-being and took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and aftercare instructions. Apple is now recovering comfortably at home.”
This heartfelt testimonial from Tsuisya Chan says it all, because for Dr. Evelyn and her team, every pet isn’t just another patient, they are family.
Together with Animed, we’re setting out on an incredible journey. From providing resources for pet parents to supporting communities and creating innovative solutions for wellness, this partnership is all about one thing: making the world a better place for pets.
So here’s to Animed Veterinary Center, Dr. Evelyn, and all the wonderful people (and paws) we’ve met along the way. We couldn’t be prouder to walk this road together. Because when it comes to helping pets live their best lives, there’s nothing we can’t do together.
Let’s keep those tails wagging and those paws happy—one step at a time.
